MUAY THAI


Muay thai (which simply means the boxing of Thailand), is the national sport of Thailand. This sport has been around for four centuries. Known as the “art of eight limbs”, Muay Thai makes use of four of the body’s weapons: legs, knees, elbows and fists. Muay Thai differs itself from other martial arts, as it does not have a colored belt system typical of Karate and Tae Kwon Do. We teach authentic Muay Thai with basic and advanced techniques. YOUTH CLASSES


Our youth program is a one of a kind. Your child will be exposed to the full spectrum of mixed martial arts. We offer Muay Thai, Brazilian Jitsu, No Gi Grappling and Wrestling for your child to attend. Kids will learn discipline, confidence and self defense in our program. 

BRazilian jiu jitsu / no gi


Known as “arte suave” in Portuguese or the “gentle art,” Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a grappling martial art and self-defense system built on the principle that a smaller opponent can be effective against a larger, stronger opponent using leverage, technique and joint-locks or choke holds. Practitioners typically wear a “gi” that can be used to grip and manipulate their opponent. Also known as NoGi, practitioners will where shorts and rash guard to train in.  Classes start with a warm up and conditioning, transition to learning technique and drilling, and then end with live sparring or “rolling.”

From basic stance and movement drills to ring strategy this class has something for everyone. Much like Muay Thai, boxing is great for cardio-vascular, stress relief, strength training and self-defense. 

strength & conditioning


Our strength and conditioning classes are designed for every sport and all fitness levels. We incorporate plyometric exercises, weight training, and flexibility coaching. Improve your cardiovascular conditioning and sculpt your body at the same time.

nogi bjj for mma


This class is a grappling for MMA competition class. We incorporate wrestling, submissions, escapes and ground striking. Fundemental Jiu Jitsu, boxing or muay thai is required to attend this class.
